30 day challenge

My friend Clair and I are doing a strict whole food plant based diet for 30 days. This means: No meat, dairy, or eggs, no oil, and no sugar. I will post my recipes, food logs, and meal plans. Here we go!

  2. I am interested in hearing the follow up of how this went! What was the purpose if the diet? Weight loss? Health condition? How hard was it to stick to such a strict diet? Are you still on it now? What kind of results did you see?
